M:I-Fallout promo shows Cruise really flying a helicopter

A promo on social media were released today emphasizing how Mission: Impossible-Fallout star Tom Cruise really flew a helicopter for a sequence in the movie.

According to the promo, Cruise, 55, was certified to fly a helicopter.

“Flying a helicopter takes a lot of skill,” says aerial coordinator Marc Wolff, a veteran of previous M:I films as well as the 007 film series. “To put someone like Tom in a situation like this is almost impossible to imagine.”

The video also shows how cameras were set up to show Cruise was in the helicopter alone.

The video is below. The movie is scheduled for release in late July.
