Like, Dude, actor Armie Hammer has commented again (albeit briefly) about The Man From U.N.C.L.E. movie where he’s slated to play Illya Kuryakin.

The interview on the XPOSE ENTERTAINMENT WEB SITE is, as you might guess, mostly about The Lone Ranger movie that debuted July 3. Here’s the excerpt about U.N.C.L.E.:

The star’s next project is action comedy The Man from U.N.C.L.E., in which he plays spy Illya Kuryakin alongside Henry Cavill in the role of Napoleon Solo.

Armie explained a little more about the Guy Ritchie-directed projected, which doesn’t yet have a release date.

“I get to play; I get to play a spy, it’s gonna be a sh*t load of fun,” he grinned.

“[Guy’s] great; you show up and he’s like, ‘Hey, let’s sit down and write a scene’ and you’re like, ‘What, right now?’ and he’s like, ‘Yes, right now’ and you sit down and write a scene with him.”

So far, Cavill says things that reassure long-time U.N.C.L.E. fans while Hammer, AKA “DUDE,” is making the same fans uneasy. Dude, is he really writing scenes with director Guy Ritchie?
